1. AHMED, YUSUF. I. Is the Chief Executive Officer. An Alumni of Rivers State University of Science And Technology, Port Harcourt, with a Second-Class(Lower) degree in Mechanical Technology in 1995. Has experience with Shell Petroleum Development
Company, East, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, as a Project Engineer. Worked in the Export Turbine emergency replacement of gas
headers. ABB Powerlines Ltd, Ikeja, as Site supervisor. Was involved in site acquisition, site drawings, and the construction of the telecom base stations across the country. Built BTS location s for MTN, Econet, Reltel, Airtel and Globacom. Was Project Manager with R.T. Briscoe PLC in the Generator maintenance of AIRTEL Operations.

2. ADENRELE FALADE. C. Eng. MNSE. Is the Chief Technical Officer. A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife with B.Sc (Hons), Electrical/Electronics Engineering, with 2nd Class (Upper Div), M.B.A. (Finance & Marketing),O. A. U, Ile- Ife, 1979, and Certificate in Project Management, Lagos Business School, 2006. Was Lead Consultant/ CEO Richard Thompson Engineering Company limited. Senior Project Manager, Engineering Building services, Sprints Engineering Limited, Lagos. Consultant, Power System and Production Facilities Maintenance, Green Energy International Limited, Otakikpo, Andoni, Rivers State. And Director Engineering and
Technical services, Green Energy International Limited.

3. AKANMU, TAWHEED AKANFE. Is the Chief Operation Officer. A graduate of Federal University, Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti state. City and Guild of London Diploma certificate in Instrumentation Engineering and Practical Field Operations, SPDC/ GROUP IPEDEX, UK Certificate, Shell Petroleum Development Company, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Worked as Instrumentation/ Production Operator
Technician at Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited, Port Harcourt. As Electrical Engineer, European Soaps and Detergent Limited, Lagos. As Electrical & Electronic Engineer, UAC Nigeria Plc(Menu Master Division). As Field Engineer at MANE Limited, Lagos.

4. SALAMI, MURITALA ATANDA: Is the Factory Manager. He is a graduate from the Kwara State Polytechnic with Higher National Diploma in Electrical Electronic Engineering in 2006. Worked at MANE LIMITED, Lagos as the Quality Control officer. He has a very broad experience with Panel building both low voltage and Medium voltage. At QED ELECTRICAL TECHNICAL SERVICES LTD, as the workshop Manager.

5. AHMED, LADI W: Is the Director of Admin and Finance. A graduate of Computer Science from the AMBROSE ALLI UNIVERSITY, EKPOMA, EDO STATE. Was the Manager at BELANA SERVICES LIMITED, Benin, Edo state. A logistic and OIL & GAS company.

6. BASSEY, DOROTHY ANIETIE: Is the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser. Holds an LL.B and BL in Law. A graduate from the University of Lagos. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. Proficient in litigation, Commercial law, Maritime law, Civil law, Criminal law and Property law. Also did in house training Alternative Dispute Resolution, Brief-Writing master class and Electronic evidence.

2. PACKAGED SUB-STATION: Delivery of complete Packaged Sub-Station to the LEKOIL/GEIL Otakikpo, Andoni LGA in 2022. The Packaged
Sub-Station comprising of Low voltage Switchgears etc.
